Product Description: This equipment is a patented product developed by our company, which was first launched at the Shanghai International Wire Exhibition in 2023 and has received widespread attention from the cable industry.
This device only requires four steps to complete the up and down of the wire drawing machine to the frame winding machine reel.
STEP 1: Intelligent flipping bobbin machine flips the bobbin at the wire drawing machine onto the AGV Forklift moving frame.
STEP 2: AGV transport vehicle solves the transportation of bobbins between Intelligent flipping bobbin machine and frame stranding machine.
STEP 3: Intelligent loading/ unloading bobbins device actively and automatically transfers the bobbins transported by AGV forklifts to the bobbin storage rack.
STEP 4：Intelligent loading/ unloading bobbins device loads the stored bobbin on the bobbin storage rack to the frame strander and unloads the empty bobbins.
Note: The first three steps are preparation work and do not require the use of the frame winch's working time
